Yes, it is worth. The feet and wrist joints are hinged, and the finger and toe wires are more rigid for better finger and toe positioning. It does take some strength to move her around…she is perfect for me but the some may find her a challenge. She will get and keep you fit and in all the positions that you would want. Slow and careful movements are important for both of you….but considering the cost of personal trainers, you get a long-term bargain with this gal.
